CHAMPAGNE BY LEWIS HAMILTON
Selecting a celebrity to produce a brand identity for, achieving a visual look and graphic style representative of that individual was the overriding aim. Looking at all aspects of a brand identity, areas to consider included typography, colours, graphic language and tone of voice.
FIT FOR A CHAMPION
As champagne is iconic to formula 1 racing, I saw potential in finding the word 'champ' in champagne. Strengthening the concept, the arrangement of the centre three letter, 'HAM", emulates the winners podium whilst also playing on the commonly used abbreviation of Lewis's surname.
Creating an elegant, minimal colour palette, the use of gold aims to visually represent the champion title. Selecting a serif font to extend the premium quality, the overall identity sets out to ensure the consumer feels a sense of luxury and success. Complimenting the colour scheme and font selection, the podium visuals extends the concept that the champagne is for winners.
